Choose a company with multiple sizes for rent–most companies offer at least 3 sizes for rent. The smallest size will be too small to be worth renting as well as too large to easily manage on your own.

The most useful size is 10 yards (or 3 cubic yards). This size is large enough to accommodate a good amount of debris from an average residential cleanout, but not so large that it will cost you a fortune in extra charges if you go over the weight limit or take up too much space in your driveway.
